The bent fabric bassinet, base YOYO2 and the 6+ months colour pack combine to create a chic pushchair with a delicate elegant design. The frame itself weighs just over a kilogram and is so light you can lift it directly from the box (and do it with one hand).

The hood, as an example, snaps on the YOYO2 with a reassuring way. It is machine washable at 30 degrees which helps avoid stains caused by smushed carrot puffs and rice cakes. The Newborn Pack and bassinet can be used from birth as a pram. It could also be converted into a stroller after 6 months by using the YOYO connect to additional chassis.

2. Evenflo Pivot Xplore

The Evenflo Pivot Xplore is a great option for parents looking for a stroller that can be used in a variety of ways. This Delta Children bare-bones travel stroller is a great option for parents who are looking for a secondary stroller that's priced reasonably. It earned an eye-catching score in our Strollers & Multiples test for weight and fold size which means it's light, compact when folded and easy to move into a trunk of a car or closet. It also has a multi-position reclining seat and an adult cup holder. Other important features include 360-degree shock absorbing front wheels as well as two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling.

In our test of the push and turn, it did better than most of the other strollers that we test, but it's not the most comfortable to maneuver over uneven ground or through narrow doorways. The sunshades it has were among the smallest of all strollers we test. They only cover the top of the stroller and don't have windows that peek out. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 has a more extensive canopy.

It comes with a lightweight Mico 30 infant seat, a stay-in-car-base and reversible carriage.

It's really easy to maneuver and the one-hand recline of the seat and the super large shopping basket make it simple for parents to get their child out and in quickly. The narrow pushchair sailed through every day bumps and doors easily.

The front wheels can be locked into an forward position or let them swivel which is helpful when traversing rough terrain. We let the front wheels to swivel while walking along a stony path. It handled the situation well, though it did seem slightly rougher.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2

Baby Jogger is most well-known for its 3-wheeled all-terrain, jogging strollers. But they also make a broad range of 4-wheeler pushchairs. City Tour 2 is their most loved model. It is simple to use and folds small enough to fit in a car boot even with the carrycot attached.

It weighs more than other strollers we tested, but because it has rubber composite wheels it feels solid and well-made. It is easy to maneuver on various terrains and even with two children, a shopping bag and other things.

The carrycot and seat both have hoods with pull-down sun canopy extensions that are UV50+. They are water-resistant and durable, unlike some other prams' hoods that are turned back into toddlers' faces.

It doesn't have a lot of storage space, but it does have a large basket deep enough to hold a changing bag or plenty of groceries. It can also be linked with a Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a travel system for babies as big as 20 pounds (car seat and adapters are sold separately). The City Tour 2 is a ideal choice for those looking to take a stroller on the move.

Nuna Mixx was a stroller that captured the hearts of many parents when it first came out. It's a frame made of aluminum that can see you through your baby's early days and beyond. It is a standout model with many unique features, such as the ability of the seat to flip between the front facing parent and the outside, a large UPF50+ canopy with an eye shade that flips out, and an adjustable handlebar.

The chassis has a suspension system built-in that reduces the impact of bumpy terrain. The wheels are constructed of tough foam and reduce punctures. Our tester found it smooth to push and was able to manoeuvre it through narrow streets without difficulty.

It folds in just four steps and automatically locks without fuss. It can also be rolled and stood up for easier transport down the stairs or in the car's boot. It also comes travel system ready with the option to add a car seat or carrycot using the included adaptors. The brakes come with only one action and are color coded. They also work with flip-flops.

7. Babyzen Duet

This budget Single Pushchair sale pushchair is extremely easy to use and features an excellent dual suspension system, one-hand fold and a practical carry strap. It's also lightweight and sturdy. The seat can be reclined into many positions and comes with a built-in double breathable mattress that is suitable from birth.

The canopy/seat features two large fixed or flip-out sun visors, both of which are UPF50+. However, the toggle closure isn't ideal because it's not as quiet as Velcro and may wake napping babies.

The Duet is a stroller that can be used side-by-side and can be configured to accommodate twins or other siblings (up to a maximum of 22kg per seat). It is compatible with two infant car seats and even can be used with carrycots. In twin mode the seats can be placed so that they face each one. They can also be set towards the parents. This should reduce sibling arguments over who sits with mom and dad. It comes with a large tray for gears as well as a bottle holder and snack tray. It also has an automatic frame lock and a compact fold.

8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2.

It folds down compactly and takes about 5-10 minutes to assemble with no tools. The instruction manual is easy to comprehend and contains multiple languages.
