Find a smooth surface and lay out your key fob, battery, and other keys. Locate the small black button on the left-hand corner of the key fob, then move it to the right. The cover should fall off and reveal the key blade's mechanical structure beneath.

You can unlock all doors as well as the reargate by pressing the unlock button on the key fob twice. The lock button also shuts the windows and sunroof (if equipped) by pressing it for two seconds.
