The Cloud scored one of the lowest marks in our tests of quality because it has a flimsy seat, made of hard plastic, and a design which feels dated. It's also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter and is therefore not the best choice in the event you're looking for an economical alternative.

It's not the tiniest stroller, but it comes with enough features that it is worth considering. Its swiveling front wheels make it easy to navigate on flat surfaces and it can jump curbs with little effort unlike many other light strollers that diverge when trying to accomplish the same thing. The low handle of the Cloud is a disadvantage but it's at knee height, and not adjustable. It's not a comfortable thing to push it with your legs hanging in the air like that and it's also not helping that it's not padded.

In our tests, we discovered the Cloud to be easy to open and set up. It's a little more challenging to close, however. You must slide a slider and then push a large white button to cause it to collapse. This can be frustrating if you are juggling children while you do it.

The Cloud has a small but deep storage basket that could accommodate a medium-sized diaper bag. The basket is small and you might have to store something inside to reach the back. The Cloud includes two tray for parents and children with two cup holders, but both are too narrow to hold larger bottles or cups.

Kolcraft is a family-owned business which has been in existence since 1946. They started out manufacturing crib pads and diapers, but now they manufacture several baby products, such as highchairs and infant car seats. The company is located in Chicago, and is an American manufacturer.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist design that's perfect for trips. It weighs only 18lbs which is less than some single strollers. and can fold flat for easy transport and storage. It also comes with independently reclined seats as well as large SPF 50 sunvisors that have a peekaboo window. The visors can be adjusted to accommodate children of various heights. It also has one-step linked parking brake and is Disney-size approved.

The swivel wheel of the Jeep is also ideal for maneuvering over bumps and uneven terrain. This stroller is not compatible with car seats. Your child must be at minimum six months old and have an excellent neck control in order to ride on the front seat. The stroller has a three-panel sun canopy and each seat comes with a cupholder and snack tray.

Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is yet another extremely light stroller that can be used side by side. It's heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's amazingly narrow and slim (26.5 inches wide!) It has a lot of exquisite details that make it ideal for travel. It is easy to fold and very easy to move around. It also can easily fit into overhead compartments as well as trunks of airplanes.

The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ double infant strollers or Mountain twin buggy Nano Duo. It's similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but has a few key differences. It's also a bit more expensive, but it also has better maneuverability and has the largest sun canopy. It has a convenient strap for carrying and can be used by children who weigh up to 44 pounds for each seat.

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a stroller that is light with a lot of features. It's not just incredibly light at 13 pounds and offers plenty of storage space in the form of child and parent cup holders, a sippy-cup for the child pocket and a parent storage pocket and more. This stroller is also able to fit the car seat of your child and features a brake that is flip-flop friendly. It's designed to adapt to your kids from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller simply by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children aged 6 months of age and up.

Another thing to consider about this stroller is that it has swivel wheels and doesn't have any locking options, so it might not be the best choice for rocky or hilly terrain. It's still a great option for families with children, since it is able to be easily maneuvered on pavements and other smooth surfaces.
