World of Warcraft - Item Upgrade

The upgrade feature for items allows players to boost the item level of equippable weapons or armor. This increases the power of the equipment, in addition to sometimes adding buffs or the rerolling of an affix.

Time

Items upgrades can be used to increase the performance of your equipment and ship without having to level them.
